Ok ok I'm really liking your PP, wetin you do?.
Ada: Thankyou Sesan, will send you a message.
really liking this one Ada, think I prefer it to your previous post, the processing and the tight crop work really well for me, I can almost hear him.
Ada: Thank you Padraig
Chick Corea and his old mates were in Atlanta on a reunion concert just a couple of weeks ago. I think they were on a world tour.
With post-processing is like with salt, got to be very careful, slight overdo and the dish is spoiled.
Ada: Thanks
.. and once again she delivers...excellent girl!
Ada: Thank you Ade.
Chick Corea is a great musician and so diverse, Nice to know your Dad has taste
In regards to your last 3 photographs, the content has been excellent. You have a great eye. But the compositions and faming have not. Why don't you see if you can find a book on composition and framing? I struggle with it too and found a few books that helped. Also, PP is a bit heavy. It distracts from the character of the image.
Ada: Thank you Kathryn
My dad loves Jazz too, we used to be so upset when he would only buy jazz cd's when we were younger, but now I have a huge appreciation for it. Very nice!
Ada: I know what you mean Etomi...We used to hate it too. It was brutal. But as I grew older I learnt to appreciate it. Not too sure about my brothers though. Thanks for liking.
A wonderfully detailed, earthy feel to this image, Ada.
Nice processing, the lightin is perfect and the colours spot on. Superb
Ada: Thanks so much Floog. Please could you tell a story about this man and his saxophone? Would love to read it.
Well composed and lit.
Ada: You think so!!! Thanks so much Nigel, I have to believe that cause it's coming from you. Thanks for the link.
Great great shot
Ada: Thank you so much buddy....would love to talk to you one of these days.
The treatment is harsh and metallic, but I think that's appropriate here and the tight crop works really well.
Ada: Thanks so much Ian...I'm quite glad it did..wasn't too sure how to process this one.
I LOVE this, Ada! OMG. It's wonderful with the subdued color tones. I can almost HEAR the jazz!
Ada: Thank you so much Ginnie..I love that you love it.
I am happy for you, Ada, that you will see your dad in two weeks time. Nice phot here too.
Ada: Thank you so much Chad..I can't wait to see him.
I like what you've done with the available light! Nicely processed.

I can hear the sounds from here Ada.
Love the processing very effective
Ada: Thank you so much Tracy for liking.
great feel to the image Ada, jazz ain't for me though, more a Manson man lol, and personally don't think there's anything wrong with the composition and pping
Ada: Thank you much Tim....I still want to know where you placed the reflector when you took a picture of Lauren a while back.
Oh great stuff: a wonderful image!
Ada: lol Chris...Thank you much.

Ada: Thank youmuch Marcie.
An exceptional image and wonderful to post for your Dad. Dads are special treasures even when we only have the memories of them. I love music and this guy looks like he really feels it.
Ada: Thank you so much Sherri. Dads are special treasures indeed. The guy plays very well.
we want something new! ... update before I start a chant!
Ada: lol..I am working on it Ade...Please don't start a chant.
This is a very powerful piece Ada... you have truly captured the fulness of the moment and the treatment of the image is fantastic. I love the tactility of the composition, the texture of the brick wall, the lines on his face and hands tell their own tale and of course the faded denim ensemble that has withstood the test of time in contrast to the Cold metallic sheen of the sax and the warmth of his skin as the fuse together to produce the scathalogical vibrations we have all come to love and identify as JAzz.
Great shot.
Ada: Thank you so much Bumi..lovely words. Bless.
Great shot.
Ada: You are too kind Zohre. Thank you.
