Love it. I think I'll be back a few more times to look at her. Portraits are such a complicated thing that I rarely even touch it.
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much VZ...I read your comment and I was blushing terribly. Thank you so much for appreciating this..means alot.

Aha! I knew you were saving the better for later. I get the emotion in this one. This one conveys pain, a little vulnerability and resilience.
Ada Emihe: lol...I can almost hear you exclaim "Aha"..Thank you Stan. I was actually crying..lol..true story.
Ah now this has vulnerable and sad. I like this very much.
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much Bill....But I find strong looks have more depth, that's just me. But I love this shot...because of all the emotion it expresses.
well done adah smile
Ada Emihe: Thanks so much Doc....I see one smiley..what does it mean? lol...
Does not look scary today, looks kinda sad, I like the model, she has a good range of emotions, and the photographer is good enough to showcase her talent. Nice one.
Ada Emihe: Sesan...this was for you...didn't want to scare you to death again...
Nice. This brings Things Fall Apart to mind..maybe if Ikemefuna was a girl..lol. Very nice, Ada.
Ada Emihe: Things fall apart...you are quite right..You just gave me an idea buddy...Thank you so much Bridge, appreciate your take on things very much.
Oh my the expression is well so meaningful. Slightly uncertain about the dominance of the wrist bands though. But really really good. richard
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much Richard....hmmm the bangles..I see what you mean. But I do think it adds some kind of "umph" to the shot. ok..I love bangles..you got me!

Ada Emihe: Blimey Tim...I can feel your emotion...lol..Thank you so much..That's a really huge compliment. I am should I say...delighted. absolutely chuffed...(I hope I am making sense..lol.)
So is this a self portrait Ada or maybe a friend? She looks sorrowful and a little fierce at the same time. It's a strong image.
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much Ian...it's a self potrait..thank you again.

My two cents worth grin your previous post depicts the 'village princess' ready to fight to save her village from invaders as someone aptly puts it. This post however shows a more vulnerable side of the subject, a more 'broken' and resigned look. I love your blog. keep up the story telling babes.
Ada Emihe: thanks so much Laku...psyched that you love my blog...I love yours too, especially your CK pictures wink

I see a look of defiance that has surfaced after the crying. stunningly emotive, thought provoking and by no means least, beautiful. Likey
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much Padraig....the crying wasn't easy...lol
I keep going back to this picture and each time I go back a different word comes to mind; Passion...Pain...Strenght.....Suppressed emotions. Its is so hard to describe what I see in this potrait...but I got to say it is a powerful potrait. I "dreadfully" love it. But Having said all that; I have what question...what is going through your mind here?
Ada Emihe: Thank you so much Seun...wink....I see you are in Yinka's camp huh?

I am still hoping for an answer.....
Ada Emihe: well the answer is within you...just concentrate and you'll find the answer..lol
